Why I’ll Debate Anywhere, Anytime
What is she afraid of? The questions, the cameras, or the contrast?
Virginians deserve more than press releases and party talking points. They deserve answers.
They deserve a real conversation about why our schools are falling behind, why childcare is out of reach for so many families, and why it’s getting harder, not easier, to work and thrive in the Commonwealth.
That’s why I challenged Senator Ghazala Hashmi to a series of debates. It’s been weeks. Still no response.
Hashmi has voted to weaken job protections, pile red tape on small businesses, and use your tax dollars to push climate schemes and DEI mandates. She’s silent on classroom chaos and student performance but loud when it comes to punishing job creators and growing government.
If she’s proud of that record, she should have no problem defending it. Instead, we’ve gotten nothing but silence.
So let me be clear: Anywhere. Anytime. The only requirement? A camera. Let Virginians see it for themselves.
I’ll debate how we:
• Restore order, standards, and discipline in public schools
• Expand access to childcare without growing government
• Protect Right to Work and stop forced unionization
• Cut red tape and unlock economic mobility
• Re-focus state government on service, not slogans
What is she afraid of? The questions, the cameras, or the contrast? If she thinks her record stands up to public scrutiny, she should have no problem defending it in front of the people she wants to represent. If Senator Hashmi won’t show up, I will. I’m ready whenever, wherever. Let’s give Virginians the debate they deserve.
